Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: June 25, 2026

Company: Anderson Plumbing & Industrial, Inc.

Jurisdiction: Multi-State Operations (South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia)

Governing Law: State of South Carolina (Corporate Base) / Respective State Environmental Regulation Codes

1. Scope of Industrial, Commercial & Civil Infrastructure Services

Anderson Plumbing & Industrial, Inc. provides high-capacity commercial and industrial mechanical plumbing, civil hydro excavation, robotic pipeline profiling, non-destructive pipe rehabilitation, and residential septic infrastructure services.

  • Engineering Estimates & Project Bids: All industrial quotes, project timelines, and logistical parameters provided via (843) 332-5854 or https://andersonplumbing.biz/ are non-binding preliminary estimates. Final binding contracts require formal engineering design confirmation, physical site assessments, or Robotic Camera Inspection passes to evaluate host piping structure and flow patterns.
  • Trenchless Pipe Rehabilitation Disclosures: We utilize advanced non-dig technologies including Pipe Bursting, Pipe Lining, and chemical UV Curing Technology. While these processes are designed to mitigate surface disruption, execution depends entirely on host pipe configuration. Anderson Plumbing & Industrial reserves the absolute right to recommend conventional open-trench excavation if a pipeline has suffered a total structural collapse, extreme deep voiding, or is otherwise physically unviable for internal sleeve applications.

2. SMS & Mobile Messaging Consent

By submitting a commercial request for proposal (RFP), scheduling a septic maintenance check, or contacting our administrative desk, you enter our direct operations network and provide explicit consent to receive SMS notifications from Anderson Plumbing & Industrial, Inc. for:

  • Logistical & Civil Crew Coordination: Real-time scheduling confirmations, asset tracking links, heavy hydro-vac mobilization alerts, and field technician arrival updates.
  • Technical Asset Delivery: Digital delivery of automated robotic camera inspection reports, pipeline rehabilitation curing logs, project estimates, and digital invoices.
  • Account Administration: Contractual progress billing milestones, administrative change-order notices, and compliance regulatory sign-offs.
  • Opt-Out Control: You retain absolute authority to terminate mobile text alerts at any time by replying STOP. Standard message and data rates apply.

3. Professional Industry Standards & Safety Compliance

Backed by decades of unrivaled service across the Southeast, Anderson Plumbing & Industrial, Inc. operates under a strict commitment to excellence. We are a fully licensed, bonded, and insured contracting entity. All operations comply with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) confined space and trench safety standards, the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (SCDHEC) rules, the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality (NCDEQ), and the Georgia Environmental Protection Division (GAEPD).

4. Cross-Border Logistical & Environmental Factors

While we support prompt and responsive service throughout Florence, SC, Hartsville, SC, Charlotte, NC, Charleston, SC, and surrounding regions, our company is legally exempt from project delays or standby fee liabilities resulting from timeline modifications caused by:

  • Severe regional weather variables (including heavy seasonal rainfall, flash flooding, or sub-surface environmental shifts) that compromise trenchless chemical UV curing thresholds or create unsafe hydro excavation environments.
  • High transit or routing bottlenecks along key commercial corridors (including I-95, I-20, I-26, and I-77).
  • Timelines stemming from state-mandated utility notification networks (SC811 / NC811 / Georgia 811).

5. High-Pressure Line Cleaning & Substrate Disclaimers

Our commercial mainline hydro-jetting, storm drain cleaning, and sanitary rooter flushing services utilize highly pressurized water streams to blast away blockages, sediment, and heavy structural grease. Property owners and municipal asset managers acknowledge that these cleaning procedures place significant internal physical stress on pipe walls. Anderson Plumbing & Industrial disclaims structural liability for the failure, line breach, or collapse of conduits that were already chemically thinned, fractured by root expansion, or structurally decayed by decades of oxidation prior to our arrival.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by multi-state statutory provisions, the aggregate civil liability of Anderson Plumbing & Industrial, Inc. for any mechanical omission, engineering deviation, or contractual dispute shall not exceed the actual aggregate financial sums paid by the client under the specific service agreement. We assume no civil liability for pre-existing environmental soil contamination, groundwater aquifer disruptions, toxic mold growth, or foundational shifting caused by underground utility leaks that occurred prior to our technical mobilization.

Phillip Anderson along with Carly, Ronnie, Brinson, and Eugene did a lining job for us of about 250 feet. Before this happened we were having backups weekly. Since the lining and coating was done we are yet to have any issues. They were professional and courteous the whole time. I would recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.
