Our Founders

API was incorporated by Phillip Anderson in 1993. Beginning as a plumbing and lawn irrigation service provider, API has evolved into a multi -state commercial and industrial plumbing company licensed in SC, NC, and Georgia.

Phillip and his wife Michelle Anderson have built a company committed to integrity and customer service excellence. Phillip is a graduate of The Citadel, The Military College of SC and Michelle is a graduate of Francis Marion University.

As of 2020, their son Marshall is transitioning the company into a second generation. Marshall, a 2020 Summa Cum Laude Civil Engineering graduate of The Citadel, The Military College of SC , has been working with the company since he was 15. He is the current Operations Manager for Charleston and the Pee Dee area locations.

The corporate office is located in Hartsville SC. API is always looking for employees committed to advancement in technical education with a desire to bring integrity to the workplace.
